Refund policy

You may return an item within 7 calendar days, including weekends and public holidays, from the day the item is delivered. The day of delivery is counted as Day 1.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
• The packaging must be undamaged, with no scratches, dents, folds, or tears
• The item must not have been installed, used, altered, or exposed to moisture

Installed products are strictly non-returnable. This includes any items that have been mounted, wired, powered on, or otherwise used in a permanent installation context.

Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted under any circumstances.

If the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email sales@fantastik.asia with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. If the return is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution.

• You are responsible for securely packing the item to prevent damage during return shipping.
• Do not excessively tape or seal the original product box. Wrap it appropriately and place it in an outer box.
• Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received and inspected by us.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

• Returned items will be inspected within 5 business days of receipt.
• Items that do not meet the return criteria will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
• If accepted, the item may be exchanged for the originally ordered product.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns unless the return is due to our error or a product fault. This fee covers handling, inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are provided. Exchanges only.

Custom or special-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
