Shipping policy

Delivery will be made after the buyer makes full payment. Delivery is available every business day from Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are excluded). Payment made before 12:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) will result in same-day shipment, except on holidays. Payment made after 12:00 PM WIB will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight in kilograms, unless otherwise specified by the courier, which will be informed during checkout and transaction emails. Buyers can choose and provide us with information regarding the courier to be used. Any excess shipping fees will be refunded 100%. Thank you,
