Shipping policy

Shipping will be processed only after the buyer has made full payment.

Shipments are made on all effective business days, Monday through Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

Payments received before 12:00 PM WIB will be shipped on the same day, except on holidays.

Payments received after 12:00 PM WIB will be shipped on the next effective business day.

Shipping costs are calculated per kilogram unless otherwise specified by the courier and informed during checkout and in the transaction email.

Buyers may select and inform us of their preferred courier service.

Any excess shipping fees charged will be fully refunded (100%).

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days within Java and 3–7 working days to other regions; however, delivery times may vary due to location and courier performance.

Risk and Liability: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the package has been handed over to the selected courier. Fantastik Asia is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Packaging: All items are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping. Buyers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and notify Fantastik Asia within 24 hours of any damage or discrepancies.
