Terms of service

Thank you for using the services of Fantastik Asia.
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between the user ("User") and Fantastik Asia, operated by PT Angin Sukses Jaya, governing the use of services and products provided by Fantastik Asia. By using our services, Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms contained herein.
1. Introduction Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using our website, services, or mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or continue to use the Service.
Fantastik Asia may amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on www.fantastik.asia. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Fantastik Asia is a registered trademark operated by PT Angin Sukses Jaya, an importer and distributor of electric fans and fan installation service provider.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, logos, and sound on this website are owned by the Company, unless otherwise stated. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any license or right to use such intellectual property. Users must always respect and protect the Company's intellectual property rights.
We have made reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on our platform.
2. Definitions

  • "Application" refers to the website www.fantastik.asia and any affiliated mobile application.

  • "Fantastik Asia," "We," or "Us" refers to PT Angin Sukses Jaya.

  • "User" refers to individuals or entities using the Application.

  • "Third-Party Provider" refers to any external party providing services, including delivery partners or suppliers.

  • "Customer" refers to any party placing orders or making purchases via the Application.

  • "Order" refers to products or services ordered by the Customer.

  • "Service" refers to fan installation services provided by Fantastik Asia.

  • "Product" refers to items marketed and sold through the Application.

  • "Delivery Partner" refers to third parties authorized by Fantastik Asia to fulfill deliveries.

  • "Username" means a unique identifier for a registered User.

  • "Password" refers to a secret key associated with a User’s account for access to the Application.

3. Representations and Warranties

  • Users affirm they are at least 18 years old or legally married and possess legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

  • Users agree to use the Application and Service only for lawful purposes.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and account details. Any action taken using a User’s credentials is deemed authorized.

  • Users must not interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.

  • All data provided by the User must be accurate and up to date.

  • Users acknowledge full responsibility for risks arising from use of the platform and release Fantastik Asia from all liabilities related to third-party access.

  • Users agree to indemnify Fantastik Asia, including its officers and affiliates, from any claims or losses due to violation of this Agreement or third-party conduct.

  • Users agree not to use product images or materials for any commercial purpose without written consent.

  • While Fantastik Asia employs industry-standard security measures, we are not liable for unauthorized access by third parties.

4. Information and Data Users authorize Fantastik Asia to use the information provided for order processing, marketing, and credit verification. This includes sharing limited data with third parties when legally required. For further information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment Terms

  • All product and service prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Available payment methods:

    • Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

    • Internet/Mobile Banking

    • Virtual Account

    • ATM Transfer

  • Upon successful payment, Users will receive a receipt via email within 1 business day.

Invoice: The invoice serves as valid proof of purchase and may be required for after-sales service and warranty claims. Users are encouraged to keep their invoices.
Fantastik Asia reserves the right to delay or reject transactions for suspected fraud, legal violations, or breach of this Agreement.
6. Taxes Users agree that this Agreement is subject to all applicable taxes, levies, and legal fees. Users must comply with all tax regulations and assist Fantastik Asia in complying with tax claims or audits where applicable.
7. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In case of conflict between translated versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
8. Dispute Resolution Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be settled through the courts of Indonesia, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the local district court.
9. Miscellaneous

  • This Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, constitutes a legally binding contract between Fantastik Asia and the User.

  • Fantastik Asia may update this Agreement at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

  • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Force Majeure Fantastik Asia is not liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond our control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, regulatory restrictions, or government actions.
